All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
We accept can accept most credit/debit cards through Stripe and Paypal.
All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.

Returns and Exchanges

In the event that you’d like to return or exchange a purchase, contact us at clientservices@hausofhailfire.com within 14 days of receipt.

Let us know your name, order number, the item name and date of purchase, along with the reason for the return/exchange and we would be more than happy to accommodate you.

Returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless there has been an error on our side. We recommend that you arrange for the items to be tracked as the Haus of Hailfire can not accept liability for orders lost in transit.

Shipping

Items will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

They will be transported via Royal Mail UK Guaranteed or DPD door-to-door services tracked and insured.

Items are shipped with standard insurance cover of up to £250. If you wish to increase the insured amount for your purchase, please contact us at clientservices@hausofhailfire.com for a quotation.

Please note that once the parcel is en-route, we will not be able to accept liability for its receipt.

Please note that you will be liable for any customs charges incurred outside the UK.
