Rental Periods

Our minimal rental time is 3 days.

While there is no specific maximum time period for your rentals, we recommend that for reservations exceeding 14 days, you reach out to us directly at clientservices@hausofhailfire.com to explore the possibility of negotiating a more favourable rate.

Rentals are currently available within the UK only. For further consideration please contact us via clientservices@hausofhailfire.com.

Delivery

Your rental will be delivered before 4 p.m. on your chosen start date.

If you need your items by a very specific time, we advise selecting an earlier start date to avoid disappointment. Please note that the Haus cannot be held responsible for courier delays.

Returns

Rentals should be returned in their original packaging using the prepaid returns label. Rentals should be posted no later than the final date of the rental period.

Do not launder or dry-clean your item; we will take care of it for you.

Cleaning

There is no need to worry about cleaning your items. The team here will arrange their dry cleaning and laundering independently, using the most eco-friendly means available for each product.

Damaged/ Lost/ Stolen

You are expected to treat your rented items with care and consideration.

We know that accidents happen; so minor damage, such as light discolouration or markings, and small rips or snags that can be repaired, are covered with no extra charge in the rental cost.

However, significant damage to an item could result in additional charges of up to £100.

Drop us an email at clientservices@hausofhailfire.com should you need to report a more significant damage issue. Alternatively, we will endeavour to contact you should we be in receipt of an item that exceeds the minor damage thresholds.

We reserve the right to charge the full retail price for items that are trashed beyond repair, lost, stolen, or never returned. The relevant funds, in line with the retail price of the item, will be debited from your account to cover its replacement without additional permission being sought.

In the unlikely event you have received an item with notable damage before wear, just shoot us an email at clientservices@hausofhailfire.com so we can evaluate and correct any issue.

Fit Guarantee

If any of your rental items do not fit, you can contact us at clientservices@hausofhailfire.com to receive a full refund, minus the dry cleaning and postage costs. Please reach out on the rental start date in order to qualify; otherwise, you may still be charged a daily rental fee against the full rental cost.

Once your refund request has been placed, please post the items back using the prepaid label on the same or the following day. Once your item has been received, your refund will be processed.

Please allow up to 5 working days for funds to appear in your account.

Here at Haus of Hailfire, we know every body is different and endeavour to cater to everyone without limitation or judgement. So if there is something that you love but that doesn’t fit quite right, reach out. We are accepting purchase requests for custom fits throughout the year.
